First IMGA SEA Nominations Revealed. Voting Starts Now

The final nominations for the The International Mobile Gaming Awards SEA is finally out. In total, 79 games have been nominated for IMGA’s first edition in Southeast Asia and gamers and nominees’ fans are now invited to vote for their favourite game to determine  the People Choice’s Award on sea.imgawards.com.

“We have been blown away by the interest and quality of submissions from developers in Southeast Asia and look forward to selecting the final winners for the first IMGA SEA.” said Maarten Noyons, founder and CEO of the IMGA.

“I am thrilled to see so many submissions from around the region and I am proud with the fact that Malaysia has one of the highest number of submissions." added Hasnul Hadi Samsudin, Director of Creative Content & Technology at MDEC.

The Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) is the strategic partner who played a key role in the establishment of IMGA SEA and they are surely ecstatic to see quite a number of submissions come from Malaysia; a proof that having Malaysia host the first ever IMGA a perfect decision in the end.

You can play a part in this historic event by voting for your favourite game to win the People Choice’s Award on sea.imgawards.com. Winners including the Grand Prix and the Jury’s Honorable mention will be selected and announced during the awards ceremony on November 8th in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
