Logan Paul Wears Rare US$6 Million Pikachu Card to WrestleMania 38
The Pokémon card may not even be worth that much.
Internet personality Logan Paul, who is known for splurging huge sums of money on trading cards, wore a very rare US$6 million-dollar Pokémon card during his professional wrestling debut at WWE's WrestleMania 38 this past weekend.

The card in question is the Pikachu Illustrator card and it is believed there are only about 40 of them in existence. The one Paul purchased was recently rated as GEM Mint 10 by the PSA grading company, which means it is in nearly perfect condition.
During WrestleMania 38, WWE's biggest event of the year, Paul walked to the ring with the card around his neck. He teamed up with The Miz to take on and defeat the father-son duo of Rey Mysterio and Dominick Mysterio in a tag team match.
After the match, the Guinness Book of World Records announced that Paul had set a new world record for purchasing the most expensive Pokémon card in a private auction. The record was set at US$5,275,000, the actual amount that was spent on the card excluding fees.
Congratulations to @LoganPaul on achieving his first Guinness World Records title!

While the card is very rare, experts said it is difficult to place an exact value on it, adding that the Pikachu Illustrator card may not be worth US$6 million in the first place. However, Paul's card may appreciate in value following his stunt at WrestleMania.
This is not the first time Paul has worn a rare Pokémon card to a big event. For his boxing match against Floyd Mayweather last year, Paul wore a first-edition, gem mint 10-graded Charizard card around his neck.
