Ultraman Joins the Giga-Party in the Latest GigaBash DLC
Ultraman and Godzilla? The party just keeps getting bigger.
The Ultraman 4 Characters Pack DLC has landed, bringing the mighty heroes and villains from the Ultraman universe to the GigaBash arena. This DLC introduces four nostalgic characters from the Ultraman universe, namely Ultraman, Ultraman Tiga, Alien Baltan, and Camearra.
Use the iconic Spacium Beam as Ultraman and switch between Multi Type, Power Type or Sky Type as Ultraman Tiga. Had enough of playing heroes? Alien Baltan lets you flood your opponents with clones and a barrage of White Destructive Bullets. And for a darker twist, you can play as Camearra, using deadly whip attacks and Shibito-Zoigers.
What's really exciting is that players from Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, and Epic can now battle it out in the arena when they look for a Public Match. This cool feature comes in Patch 1.3 as part of improvements made to cross-platform matchmaking.
There is also a new replay feature that allows players to save and watch replays of their favorite battles within the game.
GigaBash has collected an impressive amount of accolades under its belt, including four honours at the SEA Game Awards 2019, the Indie Prize Winner at the Tokyo Game Show 2019, and the Audience Award at the Creative Gaming Festival in 2022.
Gigabash had also introduced the Godzilla DLC last year. Now the party is bigger than ever with Ultraman DLC.
The Ultraman 4 Characters Pack DLC is now available on all major gaming platforms, including Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
However, it's essential to note that due to regional restrictions and licensing agreements, the DLC is not available in Japan and Mainland China, so players in these regions will have to sit this one out.
