The tale of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table has been remixed and repurposed in countless ways across many forms of media. Indonesian developers Gambir Studio have recently released their own take on this classic legend.

In Knight vs Giant: The Broken Excalibur, players will experience a thrilling adventure where they will learn to use medieval weapons and skills to defeat the countless monsters standing in their way or die trying.

In this fantasy action roguelite, players assume the role of King Arthur, and utilize the Broken Excalibur to channel the unique powers of fallen Knights as they battle through hordes of dire foes and face off against challenging giant bosses.

Players will explore vibrant, procedurally generated dungeons, receive blessings and customize their skills. Along the way, they will rescue the kingdom’s loyal citizens and call upon their unique talents to restore Castle Camelot to glory.

Hordes of vicious monsters are spread throughout Brochalant Forest, Sarrache Desert and Suidhe Volcano. Players will have to harness knightly powers of the Knights of the Round and use use them to their advantage.

As the title suggests, Knight vs Giant: The Broken Excalibur also features legendary giants that players will engage in epic showdowns to avenge Camelot’s destruction. This becomes easier as players enhance their abilities, with over 100 active and passive abilities to choose from.

No two runs are the same as players explore procedurally generated realms and collect resources in every inch of the Astral Dimension. Ultimately, they will restore Camelot through the cooperation the citizens and return the kingdom to its former glory.
