The dynamic Japanese music duo Yoasobi is making waves with their latest announcement of their Asia tour.

The announcement was made by their official X (Twitter) account, with a caption that read, “We're very excited for our first overseas tour! Stay tuned!” Heck, we’re even more excited!

The much-anticipated tour will take place from December 2023 to January 2024, encompassing countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, and even Malaysia and Singapore!

Yoasobi, composed of producer Ayase and singer-songwriter Ikura, burst onto the music scene in 2019 and quickly rose to fame with their unique music and memorable songs.

Their hit tracks, including Yoru ni Kakeru and Kaibutsu, have not only dominated music charts but also captured the hearts of fans worldwide.

The pair has earned numerous awards and accolades along the way, including five Japan Gold Disc Awards, three Space Shower Music Awards, two MTV Video Music Awards Japan, and many more.

It all began with their breakout hit, Yoru ni Kakeru, which achieved viral fame upon its release. This track catapulted Yoasobi to stardom, and since then, they've continued to impress fans with anime series theme songs like Kaibutsu and Shukufuku.

Their most recent release in 2023, Idol, not only conquered the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. Chart but also set a new record in Japan by amassing a staggering 100 million streams within a mere five weeks.

Ticket and Locations

The tour is set to kick off in Hong Kong, where they will take the stage at the Clockenflap Music Festival, before moving on to the Simple Life Festival in Taiwan.

Information about the South Korea concert is already out, and fans can start buying tickets from October 4, 2023.
