Sturdy Comfort is What You Can Expect from TTRacing’s Surge X Gaming Chair
Heavy-duty comfort like no other!
Whether you are a hardcore gamer or spend a lot of time working from home, you know how important it is to have a comfortable chair to sit on for hours at a time. These top-of-the-line chairs are a significant luxury for many of us but represent a worthwhile investment in the long run.
If you’ve been in the market for a gaming chair, one name that pops up is none other than TTRacing. Currently, the company offers eight different types of gaming chairs, and choosing one can be a tough decision.
If you’re looking for something sturdy, comfortable, and long-lasting, IGN Southeast Asia would recommend TTRacing’s Surge X gaming chair for your personal workstation.
Surging Comfort
When we say the Surge X gaming chair has a dynamic range of features, we truly mean it. One of the most remarkable is the 155-degree recline, all wrapped up in its premium-quality faux leather upholstery.
Combined with the adjustable armrest, smooth and sturdy hydraulics, and memory foam lumbar and neck pillows, the Surge X gaming chair encourages the user to use it for long periods.
Whether gaming or watching videos online, we can confidently say that the Surge X excels. TTRacing has focused on ergonomic comfort with this chair, and we can attest that it delivers exceptionally well.
Personal Touch
One major highlight of this model is its variety in design, offering different choices in upholstery and colours. There are also special editions such as the Captain America and Roronoa Zoro variants, but this time we chose The Mandalorian edition.
Needless to say, it is a sleek design that surprisingly combines brown and light grey. While this colour scheme may look good on Din Djarin’s Mandalorian armour, seeing it translated onto a gaming chair like this is particularly appealing to Star Wars fans.
The comfort level of the Surge X is outstanding, as we’ve even found ourselves able to take naps in this chair. The included pillows are exceptionally comfortable, and their covers can be washed if they get dirty.
X-Factor
It is very tempting to recline all the way to 155 degrees, but truth be told, even leaning back to about 120 degrees can feel a bit daunting. It’s a neat feature, but we can’t help feeling like we’re about to fall off when leaning all the way back.
For those of us with wider frames, the Surge X feels just right as the backrest and armrest are perfectly aligned. However, for those with more petite frames, the armrests may feel too spread out to be comfortable.
Overall, the Surge X gaming chair blends a cosy and secure design seamlessly, making it highly recommended. However, we suggest trying it out at a store to see if it fits you. Beyond that, it is also the perfect companion to TTRacing’s Titus Smart Desk for those looking to upgrade two aspects of their workstations.
